1131528482Growing up is demanding and incredibly challenging for a teen.

Teen years come with many transitions, uncertainties, and challenges. There is a constant sense of newness and the unknown; hormones, bodies, and brains shift daily.

From schoolwork to social life stressors, extracurricular activities, and busy schedules; changing bodies, minds, and feelings which have never been felt; and uncertainty about how to understand it all.

Teens are in a constant state of exploration, yearning to understand who they are and who they want to be.

The teenage years can be incredibly isolating.

A healthy mind is priceless.

Starting your kiddo off from an early age with coping strategies and tools to help them manage their feelings and thoughts will help set them up for life.

I will offer your kiddo the safe space to feel seen, heard, understood, and accepted for who they are today while they learn tools to take into their everyday lives to help them navigate what’s challenging.

I offer a creative and collaborative approach that moves beyond the traditional talk therapy lens as I draw from my rich background of Somatic Psychology, Yoga Therapy, and Dance/Movement Therapy modalities for them to get in touch with who they are and let go of what’s not working.
