Mindfulness of body sensations becomes a focus. Our focus will be on present-moment awareness of what is happening in the body in response to an emotion, feeling, memory, etc. I will provide you with a space to feel your sensations, move, breathe, and be in the moment of what is alive because the present moment is the most potent place to impact change.

Body-Mind Psychotherapy integrates many ancient traditions that date thousands of years, such as yoga and dance. It draws from Somatic Psychology principles, the power of self-knowledge through direct experience, and remains experiential.
